Finland's high-quality education is recognized worldwide. This was achieved through several years of effort, starting with in-depth training of its educators, through very well designed programs developed with broad consensus among teachers, authorities, society, and the country's economic sector. These programs have now become an exportable product, given the strong interest of various countries around the world in applying them within their own public and private programs.
This is how several Argentine universities, as well as the City of Buenos Aires (CABA) itself, have acquired various teacher training programs specially designed to meet local needs.
Student and teacher exchanges between both countries began in the 1990s. There is currently a Memorandum of Understanding on Education signed in 2017 in Paris. There is also a Memorandum of Understanding between Argentina's Ministry of Education and the JAMK University of Applied Sciences in Jyväskylä, Finland, to provide training courses for Argentine teacher trainers in Finland, both academic and technical, which took place in September–October 2017.
The Chamber is available to guide those interested in this area, facilitating and advising on the appropriate contacts.
We believe that learning is humanity's superpower. In times of constant change and innovation, the only constant is the need to learn. We work to design and implement collaborative learning systems, based on the Finnish model, for companies, public agencies, and NGOs.
